The CC submitted comments to the local plan and the comments and proposals by HC are in the consultation phase due for submission by the 20th June. We will finalise this at the next CC meeting this coming Monday.
We agreed that we would give an opportunity for interested members of the community to see what the Community Council is proposing to submit and to be able to comment. The Community Council is to submit comments to the Highland Council on the Proposed Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan (IMFLDP) by the due date of 17th June 2022. A draft of those comments is attached which will be considered for approval at the Community Council meeting on 13th June. If you have any comments or queries please direct them to the Secretary before that meeting.
