just found out today that the above payment, which will be in the form
of a monthly council tax reduction, obviously doesn’t apply to those who
are wholly exempt.
So I’ve been informed that people in this category will have to phone
the council on : 0800 393 811 to claim, and have their bank details to hand.
Can we put this on the website please, and if you know of anyone in this
category can you let them know
