ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Copies of the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 will be circulated nearer the date of the meeting. I would be grateful if those who intend to join the meeting could let me know and I will then add them to the list of invitees.

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company, myself and Louise Robertson will be retiring this year and will not be eligible for re-election for one year. To ensure that the Trust continues to be effectively managed, it is important that these vacancies are filled. We welcome members from all geographic areas of the Parish to ensure everyone is represented. Any member of the Company is eligible to put themselves forward as a Director – if you would like to do so, please complete the attached Nomination Form, together with a proposer and a seconder, and return it to myself either electronically or to the above address by 5 December 2021.
